Example DAY 1

Increasing Abundance & Sales

9am = 3 x 20 minutes breathwork technique sessions for improving mental clarity, energy, confidence and motivation. 
10am = money meditations to release money blocks and work through limiting beliefs around receiving money.
11am = abundance mediations to clear the path to reaching your goals and achieving more success. 
12pm - 6pm = 1 hour or 30 minute private sessions with managers, leaders and senior executives to improve mental clarity, focus and direction, as well as increase wellbeing, reduce stress and improve productivity and performance.

Example DAY 2

Improving performance and productivity

9am = 3 x 20 minutes breathwork technique sessions for improving mental clarity, energy, confidence and motivation. 

10am = guided meditations to balance the emotions and provide a sense of calm into the workplace. 

11am = guided mediations to improve team working and business and customer relationships. 

12pm - 6pm = 1 hour or 30 minute private sessions with managers, leaders and senior executives to improve mental clarity, focus and direction, as well as increase wellbeing, reduce stress and improve productivity and performance. 

Example DAY 3

Increasing motivation and reducing stress

9am = 3 x 20 minutes breathwork technique sessions for improving mental clarity, energy, confidence and motivation. 
10am = guided meditations to find clarity, eliminate fear, increase confidence and improve levels of abundance. 
11am = guided mediations to reduce stress, over eating and increase overall wellbeing. 
12pm - 6pm = 1 hour or 30 minute private sessions with managers, leaders and senior executives to improve mental clarity, focus and direction, as well as increase wellbeing, reduce stress and improve productivity and performance.
